If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from delivery to choose whether to exchange the product or receive a refund.
To request compensation or replacement authorization from Strasnic Clothing you will need to follow the following steps:
Send an email to reso@strasniclothing.it with the subject “RETURN” and the order number (you can find it in the purchase confirmation email). Example: “RETURN #1234”.
Explain in the email the reason why you want to change the purchased product (conformity anomalies, size, color, etc.).
If you want to exchange the product for another product from our shop please write us the exact name of the product and the size.
Returns will not be accepted without authorization or if the product is damaged or worn.
Shipping costs are not refundable and will always be charged to the customer except in the event of shipping errors.

For returns, we recommend using traceable shipping systems to avoid any inconveniences. The sending of replacement goods will be the responsibility of Strasnic Clothing.
